Race officers report. A successful 7 heat event was held at Westlake in beautiful autumn weather.  The very light winds made life rather difficult but decorum was maintained with most sailors having moments of glory.  The race committee had to change the direction of the course after the first heat due to the forecast northeaster not appearing at all.   A lot of spectators stopped and were suitably impressed with how these great little yachts appeared to go with no obvious wind.
